My Life Is My Masterpiece ~ Lessons Learned
My theme ~ Lessons Learned. I’ll be posting a word that begins with each letter of the alphabet that fits my theme. This blog/website has become one way to share about myself to my children, my grandchildren and my extended family who are scattered all over the country and the world. Hopefully, anyone who reads this will be in some way blessed by my throwing my words out onto the World Wide Web and into the Universe.
My About Page gives me the focus so that, as I age, I don’t forget what I worked so hard to learn. It’s going to be fun and challenging! I hope you’ll stick with me as I strive to meet my goal!!

Lean heavily on God within you, however you might understand that life-giving force to be. In life, you’re dealing with people ~ human beings ~ who can let you down. (The wise counsel of my mother over the years. ♥) It seems like this is a lifetime lesson. How to balance loving and trusting? People who I thought had my back, didn’t. People who I thought I could count on, I wasn’t able to. And that’s OK. I’ve learned lessons and became stronger along the way. ♥

Yes… we forgive others to help us move on. It is for our benefit – not theirs. LOVE this, Mary Lou 🙂 Will pin for (constant) future reference!

Thank you Leanne! I love those quotes too! Trust is a delicate thing.

I loved the video Mary Lou and the realisation that when we have trust in someone we don’t need to fear. Of course, the down side is that once a trust is broken it is very difficult to mend. I also agree that we need to place more trust in ourselves and our ‘gut’ feel. I’m enjoying your series.
